The location was great as it was very close to a popular shopping area and a pleasant parkway. The area surrounding the hotel was also very charming with a picturesque canal lined with restaurants and bars. Plus, during our stay, we were lucky enough to see beautiful cherry blossoms in the area that added to the overall experience.
The hotel fell short in many areas. The staff was not friendly and didn't seem interested in providing us with a good experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb: it was just a couple of blocks from the major pedestrian shopping area, and within walking distance from the parks, charming streets, and river. The hotel was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary facilities. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Everything is what I need and want.

Located in the heart of a bustling pedestrian shopping area, this hotel is both convenient and charming. the picturesque canal and cherry blossoms make for a lovely stroll. the rooms are well-appointed and cozy with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the breakfast served is delectable and adds an extra level of indulgence to your stay. This hotel is the perfect base for any holiday.
The hotel lacks a pool or fitness center who enjoy a more active holiday.

The location of our hotel was amazing! It was located just a short walk away from a bustling pedestrian shopping area, which had a lot of great shops and restaurants to choose from. We also loved walking through the charming "old" area of town, with its winding streets and beautiful canal lined with restaurants and bars. Plus, we were lucky enough to be in town during cherry blossom season, which made it all the more picturesque.
the only downside was that the hotel didn't offer many amenities, but we spent most of our time exploring the city anyways.
